Lucy has seen phenomenal success since taking up wheelchair tennis in 2002.
In just four years she's gone from complete beginner to Great Britain international and has now attained the status of GB's No.1.
"I started out by just playing around for a few months to see if I enjoyed it," said Lucy.
"The hardest bit, apart from hitting the ball, has been learning to move the chair with my racket.
"But the more you train, the easier it gets, and the last three years have been massive and phenomenal.
"My long-term aim is to get to the Beijing Olympics in 2008, and then of course to the London Olympics in 2012."
At the time of writing, Lucy is rubbing shoulders with the big guns of the international tennis circuit at the Australian Open Grand Slam with her fellow Great Britain wheelchair tennis star Jayany Mistry (also supported by Bromakin).
With qualification for the 2008 Beijing team begining in May 2007, this year is set to be Lucy's most important and the gateway to future success.
